Create a 9-Patch plugin for Figma

Create a Figma plugin that makes creating 9-Patch images easier.

Suggestions for how the plugin could work:

• User inputs the insets and padding, and 9-patch lines are drawn automatically (this is what PNG express does).
• For drop shadows - specify radius and the tool would draw the inset lines and 9-patch lines automatically.

Current plugins/resources:
