Make QHttpServer reject HTTP requests sent to the HTTPS ports

    Description

      When QHttpServer is working with the SSL configured and a plain HTTP request is sent to that server, it hangs forever.

      Other web servers immediately respond with e.g. `400 Bad Request The plain HTTP request was sent to HTTPS port`
