      Description

      Hello,

I'm using QML WebView for displaying GPX track on an OpenLayers map via loadHTML function. WebView is instantiated in a page. Whenever that page is popped, the WebView component is indeed detroyed (Component.onDestruction is called). Only one instance of WebView is alive at a time.

Thing is,  memeory keeps increasing for ever, no matters what you do, even, even after destroying the WebView.

App starts to freeze and eventually crashes after 3 calls to loadHTML, making this WebView component totally unusable in production code. Really disappointing....

How come this component be available in Qt when it is totally unusable? You removed QtLocation module from Qt6.... Found a workaround with WebView and OpenLayers. And now that thing is crashing my app. What am I supposed to do for displaying a map in Qt?

      Thanks.
