Replacement for QAudioProbe in Qt6?

    Description

      In KDE we are developing an audio recorder application (https://invent.kde.org/plasma-mobile/krecorder) using QtMultimedia

      ​

      While porting to Qt6 we noticed that the QAudioProbe class is no longer available, and there is no documented replacement.

      ​

      We use it to display a live volume indicator while recording to a file.

      ​

      Is there any replacement for this functionality in Qt6 planned?
