    Description

      Bug QTBUG-77833 was fixed in https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/272044

      The bug has been reintroduced later by major changes to the cocoa platform plugin.

      For whatever reason it does not always happen now, but it can most easily be reproduced if it you place the Qt application window over another application like the Terminal, right click, then click on the Terminal behind the Qt application.

      (I don't have a mac, so I only tested in VirtualBox. But Strawberry users are reporting it on real macs).
