The code generator need to generate more code for the gRPC specific functionality.

Parts of this can be restored from the original patch, but there have been rather large changes to the generator since then so it may require rework. The code generated also need to match the other generated code stylistically.

Any meta data that needs to be stored should go in QProtobufPropertyOrdering, bumping the version if anything changes and inserting version-specific handling.

Additionally QtGrpc generation should be added only when user facing option is enabled. see more
