Description
How to reproduce:
* Open Qt assistant
* Float the toolbar
* See how when focusing another app the toolbar properly hides
* Close Qt assistant
* Open Qt assistant
* See how the toolbar is floating (correct)
* See how the toolbar is in a weird "always on top" state and doesn't hide even if you switch to other applications or minimize assistant. Another side effect is that the toolbar shows in all virtual desktops, but i guess both are related and the "always on top" is easier to see since not everyone uses multiple desktops
I can reproduce this in both Plasma/X11 and Gnome/X11 so it would seem more a Qt bug than a desktop environment bug
As far as I can see it also affects Qt 5.15
