provide manual duplex functionality for non-duplex printers

      Can you please provide a manual duplex functionality for printers without an automatic duplex?

      • print the even pages in reverse order (possibly adding a blank page if the total number of pages is odd)
      • present a dialog instructing the user to flip the pile of paper and feed it back to the printer
      • print the odd pages in reverse order
