State of QTreeWidgetItem not announce on change

    Description

      State of QtreeWidgetItem (expanded or colapsed) is now announce, but if state change, new state is not announce.

      Steps to reproduce:

      -Move focus to an expandable item.

      -Press arrow key to expand item, screenreader don't announce state change.

      Expected behavior:

      -Screen reader should announce state change (tested with NVDA).
