State of QTreeWidgetItem announce on non expandable items

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      -Create a QTreeWidget with items not expandable and move focus to one of them.

      -Actual behavior:

      -Screen reader announce "colapsed" for the item.

      -Expected behavior:

      -As item is not expandable, screen reader shouldn't announce state (tested with NVDA on Windows and Orca on Debian)
