    Description

      The only user of QCoreGlobalData left after the QTextCodecs went into Qt5Compat is the dirSearchPaths feature of QDir.

      Move the data into a Q_GLOBAL_STATIC in qdir.cpp instead, then remove QCoreGlobalData.
