QDoc's \sa command doesn't respect QDoc's //! comments

    Description

      Doing this:

      \sa foo //! let's go to bar after this

      unexpectedly leads to this:

      (qdoc) warning: Missing comma in '\sa'
      (qdoc) warning: Unknown macro 'sa'
