New doc style shows redundant navigation hyperlinks

1. Launch Assistant.
2. In the Contents tab click on QMake Manual
3. Observe that near the top of the displayed manual page is the text "Home > qmake Manual".
4. Observe that "qmake Manual" is a hyperlink.

The problem is that the link points back to the current page. In all of these navigation paths, the last item shouldn't be a link, as the link will always point to the current page. For example, look a the smae navigation helper text in a wiki page – the last block isn't a link.
