Linguists "Statistics" menu item should not be checkable

      Launch Linguist.
      Open a .ts file
      Open the View menu
      Observe that the Statistic item in the View menu is checkable (but currently unchecked)
      Select the Statistics menu item.
      Observe that a dialog appears.
      Dismiss the dialog and re-open the View menu.
      Observe that the Statistics menu item remains unchecked – i.e. it is pointless having a checkbox on the menu item.
