wasm: 'make install' on apps does not install helper files

    Description

      When running 'make install' or 'ninja install', the webassembly helpers files do not get installed anywhere.

       

      As well, the prefix CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX is set in the toolchain file to be:

      $EMSDK/upstream/emscripten/cache/sysroot/
