Expose qmllint plugin API to QML

    Description

      It would be nice if we could write qmllint plugins in QML; that  would ease development for those less familiar with C++.

       

      This might even be beneficial for people familiar with C++, as it would allow for a more rapid prototyping workflow, as one wouldn't need to recompile any pluins.
