Qt.labs.particles is missing from the .pkg file on mac

      The Qt.labs.particles is not being included when installing from binaries on Mac.

      This problem is seen when trying to run a number of declarative demos as the follow errors occur:-

      error loading block component
      file:///Developer/Examples/Qt/Demos/declarative/samegame/SamegameCore/BoomBlock.qml:2 module "Qt.labs.particles" is not installed
