Corrections in the docs how gelocation is configured

    Description

      The current docs do not tell people that HTML5 geolocation is off by default, and QtWebEngine would bring a dialog asking the user for allowance and then turn on.

      Other things to correct:

      • GPS dongle is not really needed, since QtPositioning can geolocate via IP and other means
      • Verify if QtPositioning is actually built before QtWebEngine so that the use of geolocation would be possible w/o rebuilding it
