Provide Qt Linguist binaries for macOS, Windows

      When an end user wants to create his own translations from a .ts file then he has to install the whole Qt framework. At the moment I provide a customized Qt Linguist binary download file but it would be more convenient if a Qt Linguist binary for macOS and Windows could be directly downloaded from the Qt project.
