WASM: Menus are resizable

      Run the dock widgets example. Open any menu from the menu bar. Observe that the resize cursor appears on edges of the menu.

      Expected: The widget should not be resizable.

      This resulted from too broad resolution of QTBUG-105562 which allowed resizing of simple popups, too.
