What is the benefit? Why is this valuable?

A number of enhancements to the current embedded container base have been identified:

-Docker registry to provide the toolchain container from there
-Command line usage of embedded toolchains
-QBSP receipes for container-based toolchains so that user can choose between containerised and local approach
-Filtering in installer backend based on architecture

This work would come on top of the base functionality done in the embedded containerised toolchain

The plan is also to include the container registry in partner-specific landing pages together with HW cloud.
