Synchronise mac styles (qtbase/quick)

QMacStyle got plenty of fixes in the recent years, not all of them made it to the corresponding native qquickstyle. While the original problem of having 2 of them stays, makes sense to check which fixes can be ported from qtbase to qtdeclarative (if needed).
