qmltc: support singleton objects

    Description

      (Splitted from QTBUG-91956)

      Add and test support for singleton types in qmltc.

      • haven't looked at it much, should require special code generation but nothing to redesign in the compiler/codegen (hopefully)
      • could both come from QML (related to Pragma) or C++
