      Test and support types using QML_* macros in qmltc.

      Some macros may be:

      • QML_EXTENDED, QML_EXTENDED_NAMESPACE
      • QML_FOREIGN_NAMESPACE
      • related to QML language elements: ideally should not require any additional work
