Warn if pkg-config is missing when configuring qtconnectivity

While trying to build qt connectivity libbluetooth-dev was installed but somehow Bluez was not detected. Turns out I needed either pkg-config or pkgconf in order to properly pass the detection. Other submodules look for this tool in this case, so I guess connectivity should do the same,
