APK: Unable to strip library .... due to missing strip tool for ABI ***

    Description

      While trying to build an APK, I can see this in the logs:

      Unable to strip library '/home/runner/work/welle.io/welle.io/build/android-build/build/intermediates/merged_native_libs/debug/out/lib/arm64-v8a/libQt6LabsSettings_arm64-v8a.so' due to missing strip tool for ABI 'ARM64_V8A'. Packaging it as is.

      There already was such an issue in Qt 5.14 but it seems there is a regression (QTBUG-81978)
