Exception occurs when FileDialog's title includes certain Japanese character

      When FileDialog's title includes characters "保存", closing the dialog causes the following exception. 

      Exception at 0x7ffdb75a474c, code: 0xe06d7363: C++ exception, flags=0x81 (first chance) in HmdlHook!RemoveHookG

      This is reproducible with any of these.

      Use Qtbug107011-FileDialog.zip
      Press the button to open the FileDialog then close.
