    Description

      QTBUG-98910 covers the implementation of a general CAN frame processor.

      The general CAN frame processor will use CAN message descriptions to decode CAN frames, and to create CAN frames with given values.

      The scope of this task is to implement a DBC standard parser. The parser will take a DBC file as an input, and provide a list of CAN message descriptions as an output.

      Later these message descriptions can be used by the general CAN frame processor.
