Implement tool that can generate trace points directly from code instead of manually writing tracepoint files. This tool generates tracepoint file for the tracegen tool.

This tool makes it easier to add tracepoints; for adding traces, only the source files(and CMakeFiles.txt) needs to be modified. Previously the tracespoints were defined in another file, which would easily end up out of sync with the source file and the traces wouldn't work/compile.
