TapHandler.singleTapped is emitted immediately before we know whether a double-tap will occur

    Description

      Unfortunately, to detect an unambiguous single-tap, we need to wait for styleHints()->mouseDoubleClickInterval(), rather than emitting immediately. We'll see if anybody complains about this delay, I guess; but the implementation in https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtdeclarative/+/219615 kept it simple, to avoid needing an extra timer, even though I was thinking about this already when I wrote QTBUG-65088.
