Qt should document how QStyle::StandardPixmap maps to actual icon names

When Qt uses Freedesktop icon theme, QStyle::StandardPixmap maps to icons from theme. It is important for application developers to know which icons are used so they could bundle only icons they need with their applications (e.g. when deploying for Windows).
