Add API to control positioning of non-native dialogs

    Description

      We always centre the non-native dialogs. It can be useful to control their positioning to have e.g. a live preview.

      We could either provide an API to position the dialogs (assuming it would work for the native dialogs), or allow dragging them somehow.
