    Description

When using a UTF-32 encoded font on Windows, it will show the garbage character ("?") for each glyph instead of the correct glyph. This was not a an issue on Qt 5.13.2, it started happening on 5.14 and higher I believe. I cannot reproduce this bug on Linux, only on Windows. If I reorder all the glyphs on the font to UTF-16 BMP, it will render properly.
