Export effect project & resources in one shot using a Save and Export option for QDS

It's required so an effect can saved and exported one shot, i can pass export directory, which is always <project>/asset_imports/Effects and also the <project> for saving the effect project.

porject name and effect resources folder should be same name, so if a project named MyEffect, then export dir should be <project>/asset_imports/Effects/MyEffect

currently, there is a parameter for editing project, which is projectpath, should be remains 

please make sure you export resources first, then save project file, so watcher can detect project file changes and then ready the already saved resources.
