qtactive example 'qutlook' is not built in CI

It would be useful to build it, because it's the only example that uses
the qt6_target_typelibs CMake API.

But apparently neither the qmake nor the cmake example were ever built, ever since the example was imported in 2011 as part of the initial
"Initial import from the monolithic Qt" commit
