Set client's cursor as windowing system cursor

Would be really nice if WaylandMouseTracker had a property like `syncWindowSystemCursor`, so the bitmap and hotspot coordinates are sent to to the windowing system in use by Qt (probably by creating a QCursor instance and setting it to the window?), so nested compositor use-case feels more native.
