Sqlite Driver does not support notification (QSqlDriver::EventNotifications feature) when a database table is updated.

      Postgre SQL drive (QPSQL) and Borland Interbase driver (QIBASE) supports event notification feature (QSqlDriver::EventNotifications) from the database, when a record is inserted, deleted or changed.
      Similar support is required for Sqlite driver as well (QSQLITE).
