Consider simplifying, or removing the `qtbase/cmake/README.md`

      I noticed that some of the information in qtbase/cmake/README.md is starting to look outdated, and could confuse some of the users. So, maybe it's better if we can either shorten it such that it doesn't need to be kept up to date, or remove it.

      The official documentation, and the Wiki page cover most of the content, except the information in configure-cmake-mapping.md.
