QSysInfo kernel version return incorrect value.

    Description

      QSysInfo::kernelVersion() returns incorrect value for Windows 11.

      Current value I get for kenrelVersion is 10.0.22000 but the OS build number in windows settings is 22000.434.

      I think the versions above 10.0.22000 are windows 11.

      Looking at the code, looks like the over.majorVersion() might be returning incorrect value.
