QQEM: Inform the user in the UI if missing dependencies

      For example the electric clouds shader produces an error "pseudo3dNoise" has no matching overload if NoiseHelper is not added. Please see attached image of the error.
      Another example: "BLUR_HELPER_MAX_LEVEL is not defined" is outputted if "BlurHelper" node is not added.

      Suggestion:
      In order to help the user to know that dependency is missing, it would be beneficial if UI would inform about the dependency when having"'pseudo3dNoise' : "no matching overloaded function found" error or similar.
