Closing certain tesla applications break keyboard focus

This was seen with qt-qml HEAD at f4492bf01baae353ff63da18a9a602fb3a8058e4
and tesla HEAD at 50ea30264e20b713843999985677d33a76b88217

Launch tesla and close the open app by clicking the X icon in the top right corner.
Press ? on the keyboard twice to confirm that this will show then hide the help screen.
Launch the application in the lower left corner of the screen. Press ? again twice to
confirm that it still works. Close the app by clicking the X icon. Press ? again and notice
that it doesn't work.

Repeat with the application icon in the right lower corner of the screen, and note how
after it has been closed the keyboard starts working again.
