Building a static version of Qt on Windows 7

I like to build a static version of Qt.
My operating system is Windows 7 64bit.
I have done the "Building a static version of Qt" from the wiki
The compiling tool is mingw32-make (version: GNU Make 3.81)
If I compile after the configure I get this error:
