(This bug affects QQEM nodes dialog, adding simplified test case here)
See the attached tester which contains ListView with ScrollBar and sections.
Expected behavior: ListView behaves normally when scrolling the list.
Actual behavior: ListView is "jumpy" and ScrollBar size changes when scrolling. Looks like ScrollBar doesn't calculate sections correctly.
See also the attached video where trying to scroll the view very slowly but getting jumps.
