Description
Sometimes there's a need to force re-evaluate property binding when dependent properties are not changed. For example, when expression contains call to a method.
There are workarounds like this, but those are inconvenient and look rather hacky.
We have a Binding type for cases when simple expression syntax is not sufficient. Maybe add one more case – a method to re-evaluate the Binding?
