QML stack bounds checking is unreliable

    Description

      There used to be an accurate stack bounds checker, but it got removed some time in Qt5. Since then we are left with a simple stack frame counter. As the stack frames' sizes as well as the platform stack sizes differ this periodically comes back to haunt us.
