specify "device units" for Tabs in documentation for QTextOption

      I'm referring to  https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtextoption.html

      Tab stop positions are said to be in "device units".

      Empirically determined I'd say they are in 1/100 of an inch because on the two devices I've implemented (Screen with 96DPI and PDF with 1200DPI), a plain, unconverted value of 100 results in tab stop distances of about 25-26mm, give or take.
