Spectrum demo fails to compile for symbian, using SBSv1 build system

    Description

      When building the symbian binary package (and also in the 4.6-All rule in the CI system), the build fails with the following error:

      make[1]: *** No rule to make target `\iwmake\buildS60___PADDING_______\demos\spectrum\app\tmp\moc\debug_shared\moc_engine.cpp', needed by `\d
      ev\symb\SDKs\32\EPOC32\BUILD\iwmake\buildS60___PADDING_______\demos\APP_0XA000E3FA\ARMV6\urel\moc_engine.o'. Stop.
      make: *** [TARGETAPP_0XA000E3FA] Error 2
