Unable to type in Chinese character with custom delegate

If multiple delegate (QLineEdit) is used in an item view example and if language is selected to chinese this does not let you type in chinese character.
If any other language (Hebrew) chosen that works.

Attached is the example which reproduces it.
Steps:
-Run the example
-Click on an item and click again on popup item and start typing , now change the language to chinese simplified you can see suggested chinese words but that can not be selected or typed in.
