Cannot load qtgraphicaleffectsprivateplugind.dll

Graphical effects cannot be shown as a private dll in Qt5Compat module cannot be loaded. Produced error is:

qrc:/qt-project.org/imports/Qt5Compat/GraphicalEffects/RectangularGlow.qml:5:1: Cannot load library C:\Qt\6.4.0\msvc2019_64\qml\Qt5Compat\GraphicalEffects\private\qtgraphicaleffectsprivateplugind.dll: The specified module could not be found.

Works on Qt 6.3.0
