[REG 6.4.0 -> 6.5] Low contrast status bar in Android applications

    Description

      The status bar(the Android interface element on the top of the screen, with status, clock, etc) has very low contrast when an application built using Qt 6.5 dev snapshot is run (see the attached screenshot). This is true for both Quick apps and Widgets apps. The contrast is fine when applications are built using Qt 6.4.0. This is on Android 13 running on Pixel 4a.
